Safety
There have been some sobering reminders recently in the international press of how dangerous and costly the consequences of using a poorly engineered imitation ripening system can be.
Please ensure that your operation uses an authentic and safety approved ripening system and familiarize yourself with correct operating procedure as detailed in the Ventech Series 9500 User Manual.
Use an authentic Ventech system.
