Simple Operation and User Friendly Manual

We often receive feedback from new customers who express regret at having been seduced by the diminutive price tag of low cost attempts to replicate our systems. Invariably, such models are supplied with manuals that are unintelligible, meaning that while the first few weeks of operation will tend to run smoothly, when an economised component overheats and renders the machine useless, it becomes a very frustrating process trying to understand what action should be taken.

In contrast to being guided by a manual that has probably been translated from Chinese into English by a computer programme, we warmly invite prospective users to familiarise themselves with our systems via the plain-English manual that has been authored by a British engineer, Peter Evans, our product designer and founder.
